Meet Grace brings creativity, warmth, and a beautiful artistic eye to the Emunah team. She now focuses on floral preparation and on-site installations, ensuring every design is crafted with intention, movement, and refined modern romantic detail.

You’ll still see Grace’s bright, bubbly presence at events and across our socials, bringing joy and genuine care to everything she touches. Her talent for garden-inspired florals and thoughtful composition makes her a valued and much-loved part of the Emunah family.

We also have an incredible team of Freelancers & Casual staff that help bring our beautiful designs to life.

At Emunah, we specialise in wedding planning, floral design, styling and hire for couples drawn to refined, romantic and deeply cohesive celebrations.

About Carissa & The Emunah Team
Founded in Brisbane in 2017, Emunah Events has grown into a full-service wedding planning, floral design, styling and hire studio delivering weddings across Queensland and Northern NSW.

With experience across more than 650+ weddings and events, our approach combines refined creative direction with strong operational understanding — something deeply shaped by Carissa’s background in finance, corporate environments and event management prior to entering the wedding industry.

Known for her calm nature, leadership and thoughtful communication style, Carissa brings a steady presence to the planning process while guiding clients through every detail with care and clarity. Her ability to balance creativity with logistics allows Emunah weddings to feel not only beautiful, but deeply considered and seamlessly executed.

Over the years, we’ve built strong relationships with some of Queensland’s most loved wedding venues — working closely alongside venue teams to create cohesive and well-executed wedding experiences for our clients.

Our work regularly takes place at venues including The Valley Estate, Hillstone St Lucia, Gabbinbar Homestead, The Dairy Ravensbourne, Wynmere Estate and Twigley Farm, along with private properties across Queensland and Northern NSW.

 Elyse – Studio Manager & Floral Designer

Elyse is a cherished and long-standing member of the Emunah team, known for her calm presence, warm nature, and exceptional attention to detail. Her deep connection to Emunah’s journey and her steady, thoughtful approach make her an integral part of both our studio and our couples’ experience.

After taking time away to welcome her beautiful baby, Elyse has returned with the same dedication, grace, and care that have always defined her work.
Today, she plays a key role across the studio — supporting our floral design team, managing client admin, preparing quotes, and overseeing ordering and logistics with precision.

She continues to bring her artistic eye to floral preparation and conditioning, while also ensuring our hire collection remains beautifully maintained and event-ready.

Elyse’s blend of creativity, organisation, and quiet strength allows her to support every part of the process, helping our team deliver refined, romantic weddings with ease and intention.

Her approach combines calm direction, refined aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail — ensuring each celebration feels cohesive, seamless and intentionally curated from beginning to end.

Over the years, Emunah has grown into a full-service wedding planning, floral design, styling and hire studio, delivering weddings across Queensland and Northern NSW at some of the region’s most loved venues and private properties.

Known for her steady presence and thoughtful communication style, Carissa works closely with clients to guide both the creative and logistical aspects of a wedding with clarity and care — creating experiences that feel effortless to guests while every detail is quietly managed behind the scenes.

Inspired by modern romance, timeless design and gentle old-world influence, her work is grounded in creating weddings that feel immersive, refined and deeply personal to each couple.

 Don – Co-ordinator & Planner
Donika is our Wedding Planner and Coordinator, bringing a wealth of experience from her years as a venue manager. With a natural eye for detail and a calm, organised approach, she ensures every element of the day is thoughtfully considered and seamlessly executed.

Her strength lies in the experience she creates — not just for our couples, but for every guest in the room. From the flow of the day through to the finer logistical details, Donika has a way of bringing everything together with ease, allowing our clients to feel completely supported from start to finish.
